This is a very interesting operation they have. It seems that the novice hunter can score big and get that hard to find elk or just go to learn from the pros. It seems that the customer must apply for the tag which is not a guarantee for big game. The lottery system is not perfect and has received backlash for decades. This company does seem like they have their "ducks in a row" and provide a lot of information to the customer up front to avoid any hassle later on.
